Return Policy

Blue Tux Shoes will accept returns of unworn, undyed merchandise for full refund or exchange on all non-sale items purchased at BlueTuxShoes.com, provided that the shoes, shoe box and packaging are returned in their original condition.

Returns or exchanges for all purchases must be received by Blue Tux Shoes within 30 days of date of purchase or they will not be accepted (i.e., if your order date is June 1st, we must receive your return in our warehouse no later than July 1st).

Refunds on full-price/non-sale merchandise will be made in the original form of payment. Please allow your credit card company seven to ten business days to reflect the refund once we've processed the return. Sale merchandise can be exchanged for merchandise or a merchandise credit only.

When trying on shoes, please be sure that you wear hose or, if you prefer to try them on barefoot, that your feet are clean, as not to leave toe imprints on the shoes. We certainly understand that part of the try-on process is walking in the shoes, but please be sure to walk on a surface that will not scratch or damage the soles of the shoes. We cannot resell shoes that have toe marks or scratches on the soles and, therefore, cannot accept such damaged shoes as returns. Please do not use any tape on the outside or inside the Blue Tux Shoes box.

All shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to their returns.

Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or a packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. When no proof of purchase is available, we refund the most current selling price charged for the items returned to us.

Shipping within the U.S.

Orders submitted before NOON ET Monday through Friday will ship out that day. Orders submitted after 1PM ET Friday will be sent on Monday. You will receive your order in four to seven business days from the date your order was placed. For earlier delivery, we're happy to expedite your shipping for an additional charge:

  • UPS 3-Day Select -           $10.00 extra
  • UPS 2nd Day Air -             $18.00 extra
  • UPS Next Day Standard -  $30.00 extra

For overnight delivery, orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by NOON ET. Overnight delivery orders placed on Thursday after NOON ET through Friday NOON ET will arrive on Monday. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday after NOON ET and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday. We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or to PO boxes. For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, or APO addresses, our standard is First Class mail through the United States Postal Service.

Shipping to Canada

For Canadian orders, add $5 to the shipping and handling chart above. We typically ship UPS Ground Service directly to your door. Please allow ten days from the date your order was placed. Any customs duties or brokerage fees associated with border crossing into Canada is the customer's responsibility. Delays are common when shipping to Canada due to handling of duty and GST, so please factor this in when placing your order. We do not offer overnight delivery to Canada.

  • Three business days via UPS - $20.00 extra

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars. Your order will be automatically charged to your credit card account at the current exchange rate (including all duty and taxes).
